As part of the Crest mantra to continue to provide professional advice and a high level of service to clients, Crest Financial Services believes it is important to put time and energy into developing our advice and administration teams. The entire Crest Financial Services team attended Willowtree Estate in the Hunter Valley for a 2-day conference. This gave the Crest team the opportunity to work together on developing and improving themselves, as well as business practices and processes.
Various presentations were run throughout the conference. The staff specifically appreciated the presentation on leadership presented by Jordan MacKellar and Jacob Lyons who are a part of the Paraplanning team, where they explained what leadership meant to them on a personal and professional level.
A number of enjoyable team challenges were also carried out during the conference, which taught the team a lot about working together as well as highlighting each participant’s strengths and weaknesses.
The team agreed it was a great few days of focused self-improvement, learning, and team building. Providing insights into what can be done to strengthen and continue to develop the excellent advice and services Crest provides to its valued clients.
